Discipleship & Training
SIM Which Runs With The Motto ‘Transforming Peoples To Transform Nations’ Strongly Believes That Transformation Could Be Well Accomplished through The Incorruptible Word Of God. Hence It Works Extensively On Training The People In North India And Nepal To Be Doers And Preachers Of The Word. Since Most Of The Believers Are First Generation Christians And Oral Learners, They Need Constant Training And Refreshers Courses With Creative Methods.
Training happens at various levels with different target groups from the needy north Indian states like Bihar, MP, UP, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Nepal.2500 first generation active believers believers are constantly trained under 25 different types of training programs, targeting 20 million active believers by 2020.
A Corporate Training Centre with a seating capacity of 6000 currently present in Sikaria is being used for mass training programs.
Regional, Language, Focus and Gender Specific trainings are conducted in different places. Cross Cultural Induction, Orientations, Discipleship, Short term and one year Bible training programs are conducted periodically.
There is a greater need to raise many trained leaders to bring about a transformation in the un-reached Northern part of India and Nepal.
Evangelism & Church Planting
Evangelism is the Heartbeat. Good news of Jesus is shared to the rich and the poor, to the learned and the unlearned, urban & rural people, to children, university students, neighbours, crossing all barriers of language, culture and influence level.,”And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations - Mark 13:10”continues to be it’s driving force since 1972.
Active Evangelism aiming at saturation church planting in Cities, Villages and Tribal areas has resulted in 1003 Worshiping fellowships in 5 states within India & Nepal, among 6 Language groups, spread across 66 districts and 746 Blocks, influencing more than 1 million People.
SIM strives to echo the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ to the unreached people. Efforts have been made to present Gospel through efficient and strategic ways, considering the different groups of people, their languages, culture, social status and influence level.
Educational & Medical Services
Fostering education for transformation is the main drive for Educational services. It has toiled for more than 30 years in imparting education inspired by Christ as means for structured change. SIM promises wholesome education with intellectual, moral, spiritual, social and physical attributes.
Educational service strives to stimulate the intellectual or mental development of students by providing the knowledge of various disciplines, seeks to bring about the true spiritual development through value education in accordance with noble teachings of the Divine Incarnate and Saviour Jesus Christ, seeks to accomplish social development through inculcation of social values and by providing realistic social learning environment to develop social abilities. It also brings in an element of physical learning environment, through games and sport activities to achieve physical development.
Health services treats more than 30000 people every year with a motto Healthy Patients to Heaven.
The medical ministry in Bihar is a challenge. Doctors and specialists in various fields can only be hand-picked from the whole of Bihar. Most of them are situated in big cities whereas the villages are totally deprived of medical facilities. The patients from the villages are carried sometimes even to twenty to thirty kilometers for medical care. It is pathetic to see people dying even for very common ailments such as Hepatitis, Malaria, etc., for the lack of proper medical care. Majority of the victims for such minor causes are the children who are supposed to be the future of our country. God burdened our hearts to start a medical mission among the villages of Bihar

Targeting and bringing about wholesome village transformation through its several development-oriented societal projects. A complete under-privileged village is adopted for total reformation and community development.
Social Transformation
Education, Health care, vocational training and self-help livelihood options are offered. Apart from this, 2 Social Reformation Projects are also a part of Humanitarian service.

Industrial Training Institute (ITI) offers vocational training courses on four technical trades namely Electrical, Fitter, Welder and Motor mechanic.

Humanitarian Services
The fulfilment of the dream what Lord Jesus put into has seen the establishment of humanitarian service as a beacon of Love and Hope to the deprived, disadvantaged, exploited, destitute and homeless thousand under its care.
In 1979 they were offered a sponsorship fund for instituting a Home for 50 orphaned children. Since the mission of running an orphanage seemed contrary to the primary vision of SIM. Thus in 1980 an orphanage for 15 children with the objective to care for every child in a very personal way was established. This decision turned out to be historic in the pages of SIM, as there followed a series of initiatives by humanitarian Services.
Through all its banner institutions Humanitarian Services, currently adds meaning to more than a hundred thousand lives regularly.
