Children Ministry

Children's Ministry

We are advocates for this emerging generation.

We are dreaming of more for this emerging generation, and we believe there is a breeze beginning to blow, signs of a move of God.

He is awakening a generation to be a force of His love and power in the world today. They are not the next generation but, the now generation.

AWAKENING A GENERATION TO A LIFE WITH JESUS

If a child can come into an authentic relationship with Jesus, not only will their life be changed, but they can transform their community and even the world around them.

BRINGING HOPE TO A GENERATION AT RISK

By giving kids trapped in the vicious cycles of poverty, violence, abuse, and hopelessness a chance at a new future, the church can be a family and sanctuary for those in harm’s way.

EMPOWERING A GENERATION TO CHANGE THE WORLD

Encouraging, supporting, and equipping them so that they can become all they were created to be. Creating space and opportunity for them to do what seems impossible.

Schools

Considering the vast need for basic education for the poor and the underprivileged in an affordable way, SIM partnered the first of its  schools. Schools are a testament of functioning amidst social prejudices, hurdles and oppositions.

A humble beginning with children has grown like a tree catering to more  children through its  schools which we call as Day Care centres, functioning in different parts.  We believe that the Lord would infuse education in these children through Day Care Centres, even to remotest villages of these states. These DCCs provide education to the downtrodden mass and works as a mighty tool to carry the values and living principles we teach to transform societies. The buildings of these DCCs may be used for community development work whenever needed which gives good access into the society to involve with community development activities touching the parents of the children and through them the people of the society. The staffs of these DCCs help the local workers to promote the local community development outreaches, thereby standing as a team with the local field worker of that particular area and in the outreach work during their free hours.

Values

We seek to partner with God in His dream for this generation. He is already at work and has invited us into His mission.

We affirm the original calling given to our founders of the 4/14 movement to reach the 4 to 14 age group of children with the love and power of Jesus through reaching, rescuing, rooting, and releasing them.

We are better together. Young and old, men and women, expressing our unique differences, we are on one mission to see God’s kingdom established on the earth. We work with like-minded churches, networks, and movements on behalf of the 2.2 billion children in the world today.

God is a relational God. Everything we do in relation to others in our world – it all matters. No act or interaction is trivial. We are interconnected with our strategic partners, churches, and the generation we serve. In our interactions with others we treat them as we would treat a true friend. We believe the best and value kindness, humility, generosity, honor, and fun.

We choose to pursue a fresh expression of God and seek the new, reimagined, and creative ways He wants to reveal Himself now. The deeper our understanding of who God is in this season, the more we will be able to bring the “now” expression of Him to this generation.

We desire to work with our partners on outcome-driven global advocacy, projects and events, (such as mental health issues, gender identity, violence, booming population, etc.). Each catalytic project or event will have specific measurable outcomes that we will use to determine our success.
